What to do on a Sunday- If you want to stay indoors

Sometimes, all I want to do on Sundays, are sleep, watch tv and do nothing. It's good every once in a while to lay on the couch and veg out.
Here are my top things to do on a Sunday when you'd rather not leave the house.




1. Read a book. If reading is your thing, grab a book and something to snack on and curl up on the couch or chair, and read until you can't read anymore. I love reading and my fave book at the moment is "The Whistler" by John Grisham.



2. If you have a fireplace, curl up with your partner or friend, and just relax or watch tv.


3. Take a hot bubble bath, filled to the brim with bath salts or bubble bath. Soak for as long as you wish, and then apply lotion or body butter after you get out to make your skin soft.


4. Be creative. Whether you draw, paint, or write in a journal, just do something creative. I love writing in my journal and keeping a weekly list of everything I am grateful for in my life.

5. Give yourself a facial. I like letting my skin rest for an entire day and keeping my face clean of any makeup. It helps with breakouts and keeping your face tight and wrinkle-free. You can buy a facial package at the makeup store or make your own. There are tons of facial masks online, just search for them on Youtube or Google.


6. Wash your makeup brushes. This is something that I don't like to do, but it is necessary. Your skin can break out if your brushes are filthy. You can use a brush cleanser; MAC Cosmetics makes one, or you can use baby shampoo. Gently clean the brushes until they are clean, rinse the brush head out, and then lay on a mat to dry.




7. Exercise. Whatever type of exercise that you like, do it. (Aerobics. Running. Bicycling. Etc.) Whatever you like. I love doing yoga daily. It feels so good to stretch my muscles after sitting at my computer all day.
